Day 1: Arrival at Maun Airport. A representative will meet you in the arrivals hall. Airtransfer to the Lodge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in one of the most pristine wilderness areas on our planet, Selinda Camp<\/strong> rests on the banks of the Selinda Spillway<\/strong> in northern Botswana, an amazingly beautiful and secluded 320,000 hectare reserve. The Selinda Spillway is an ancient waterway that flows in two directions and makes its way by connecting the expanses of the Okavango Delta in the south with the Linyanti Wetlands in the west and receiving water from both sources. This place is home to some of the largest herds of elephants and buffalo in southern Africa, as well as one of the last great bastions of the endangered African wild dog – Lycaon Pictus – the “painted wolf”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 4: After the morning activity and breakfast, you will fly to the Okavango Delta<\/strong> by light aircraft. Duba Plains Camp<\/strong> is located in the heart of the Okavango Delta amid a matrix of palm-fringed islands, floodplains and forests on a 33,000 hectare private reserve. Here you will enjoy intimate and up-close opportunities for wildlife viewing, from lions and leopards to elephants, lechwe, buffalo and everything in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Day 7: After morning activity and breakfast, you will fly by small aircraft to the western foothills of Botswana’s famous Moremi Game Reserve<\/strong>. Xigera<\/strong>‘s unique location provides unparalleled access to exceptional safari experiences. Day 10: After the morning activity and breakfast, you will fly by small plane to Maun and road transfer to the Kalahari<\/strong>. This is where Feline Fields by Mantis<\/strong> is located. The Kalahari Desert is a large semi-arid sand savannah in southern Africa that extends over 900,000 square kilometers (350,000 square miles) and covers much of Botswana, parts of Namibia, and regions of South Africa. With huge pastures after good rainfall, the Kalahari supports more animals and plants than a real desert like the Namib Desert in the west.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
